I had the honor of collaborating with LGBTQ advocate Pattie Gonia to create this painting! Here is her message:

“THE OUTDOORS ARE FOR EVERYONE. Whether it is your first hike or your hundredth, no matter what labels the world might see you as, the outdoors are your place. When we start looking past labels and recognizing each other as human beings we can see that we’re a lot more alike than we are different. We can see that our differences are beautiful. We can finally start seeing what nature has been trying to show us all along: every flower, every rock, and every tree has its brilliance.”
